With Taskheat you can:

Link your tasks together, and the app will guide you to an excellent place to focus first. Make a bird's eye view at your projects as a flowchart or list and get right to the steps that matter.
• Safe and secure data synchronization
All your data automatically syncs via iCloud.
• Get things done when you're there.
Each project updates automatically, so you always know what you need to do wherever you are. Quickly find the duties that need to be done in different locations.
• Delegate to third parties
If you have a task that is currently out of your control, or you've delegated it to another person, your list will adjust and it won't interfere with actual duties. As a result, you can focus on jobs that require your attention.
• Color code your tasks
Make it easier to find and review them in Flowchart or List views. Visually managing your projects provides a bigger picture of every detail, relationship, and dependency within your workflow or hierarchy.
• Receive useful notifications
